Clearly communicate your needs to your employer.
B. Complete your company’s internal grievance process.
C. File a complaint with The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
D. Contact The Job Accommodations Network (JAN).
E. Contact your local Center For Independent Living (CIL).
